How do you go about placing an order?

The best way is check our availability calendar and then to fill out the form on the order tab.

What do I need to include to place an order?

The more information the better! *please fill out the form on our order tab

How much time in advance should I order?

We do book up every weekend and request a minimum of two weeks notice to ensure we have adequate planning and preparation time to create your unique treat. We do however tend to fully book up a month to 2 months in advance. We REQUIRE that all orders’ payment be completed at least  one week prior to the event.  We can try to accommodate last minute orders if we have openings, however some decorative aspects may not be possible. Complete an order form for a last-minute order. If your order is approved and I am willing to complete the order. Payment is due in full on the day of consultation.

In order to hold a spot on our calendar, we do require a non-refundable retainer of 35% of your total order.

Please keep in mind we book up quicker during the spring, fall and winter holidays.

For weddings and other large events we highly recommend a minimum of two to three months or more notice in order to ensure that we will be able to deliver & set up or accommodate your larger order. 

What flavors and items do you offer?

I am happy to customize your treat and create a special item just for you.

I have allergies can you make a gluten free, dairy free, vegan, nut free cake or sugar free?

At this time - Unfortunately I can't accommodate gluten free, vegan or sugar free requests (I am still working on perfecting the recipes!)

How can I pay?

We accept cash, paypal, or credit card

 Is there a deposit needed?

Orders less than $75 have to be paid in full at the time the order is placed. Orders greater than $75 require a 35% non-refundable retainer which is deducted from the total order cost and the balance is due 1 week prior to the delivery date (2 weeks for weddings).  All orders come with "Terms & Conditions" that must be accepted prior to payment(s) & are included within the electronic invoice.

 Do you do tastings?

At this time we only do cake tastings for weddings and large events that reach a minimum of $400 and are more than 2 months from the date. You are welcome to visit our bakery Wed-Sat to purchase our to-go items which usually include more than 12 types of cupcakes, etc.

 Do you deliver? How much does it cost?

We do deliver - and delivery is based on mileage as well as time from our location to yours. If you send us the address we will give you a quote. Delivery is a limited availability item and we may not always be able to deliver or may not be available at certain times due to orders that were placed prior to yours. I do my best to accommodate everyone but because I am the only one who does pickups as well as deliveries we have to limit it.

 I called and/or emailed you and haven't heard back, when will you respond?

I do my best to respond asap! I may be in a meeting, working on a cake, covered in icing, or out on a delivery.  If you contacted me on a Friday or Saturday, I most likely will respond Sunday or the following Monday. Your event is very important to me, as are the events I am currently working on during the weekends, so in order to give the current orders the attention they need I sometimes have to hide the phone from myself. Don't worry - leave a message, and a good time to get back to you and I will contact you back as soon as I can!

 How does your pricing work?

The starting pricing for everything is listed on the pricing tab above - These are the starting prices, meaning if your cake or items have more detail or are 3D the pricing will go up from there. All of our items are handmade from scratch to order specifically just for you, so we don't have the ability to mass produce items and just hold them in the freezer until they are ordered.

What if I need to cancel my order?

We do not offer refunds. In certain situations you may be able to reschedule your order pending being notified no later than 7 days and also pending if we have availability on your new date. Any credits expire within 60 days of the original event date (except weddings). All retainers are NON-REFUNDABLE for any reason.

 Do you have items I can just call and pick up today?

Yes! We are open Wed-Sat for you to walk in and purchase cupcakes, cheesecakes, cake slices and treats.

 Where are you located?

We are located at 3344 S Rte 59 suite 108 in Naperville, Illinois.
